Project Desciption

We’re digital marketing startups and looking for Virtual Assistant to support our business growth. This job includes web research, data entry, emailing, preparing reports, etc.

For this role, an adequate Internet connection is required and you must be using communication tools like WhatsApp.

Basic design skills will be needed to edit business proposal, promotional material (e.g. brochures), I’m using Canva & LucidChart (not a design person). You can use Adobe or any other design tools that you familiar with to achieve the expected result.

You should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

About You

  • Organized and a good researcher 
  • Have an excellent command of English both written and verbal (referring to Malaysian English level)
  • Hard working, capable and willing to learn new things
  • Demonstrates excellent time management
  • Experience with Google Docs, MSWord, and other technology tools
  • Knowledge in business process and digital marketing would be a plus

Job Scope (some of the tasks that we will be working on together):

  • Research (e.g. business process, legal, market, product, etc.)
  • Data analysis & entry
  • Electronic filing systems, update records and organize documentation
  • Respond to emails (as well as preparing newsletter)
  • Prepare proposal, presentation, and other materials
  • Organize manager’s calendars
  • Handle billing and accounting


*This job doesn’t require to make any phone call with external parties. 

Budget: RM10/hour

Hour/Week: 10~20 hours

Project Length: 2 Weeks
