FAQs for Project Owner

  1. Do I need to pay to submit my project requirements?

    You can submit one free project. If you need to submit more than one, we suggest you buy our service package which is very affordable.

  2. What kind of payment method available for me to pay the freelancer?

    Payment can be made via cash deposit, online banking or Paypal. Freelanc3r implements an escrow system meaning project money will be paid to us once project owner has selected the winning bidder. Money will be released to the freelancer once project is completed.

  3. How do you handle dispute between me and the project owner?

    We hope we don’t have to. In rare case that we have to intervene, we will do our best to sort out the issue with best interest for both parties.

  4. Do you charge the project owner?

    We charge 10% commision fee on the project owner once the project has been completed. For example, if the winning project is RM300, we charge RM30 commision fee. The amount project owner need to pay is RM330. We will release RM300 to the freelancer once project is completed.

  5. Is project owner allowed to work outside of Freelanc3r environment?

    Our goal is to make Freelanc3r.com.my a website of trust between project owners and freelancers. In order to achieve this objective, project owners and freelancers have to use our workspace for project communication. This is to protect project owner’s investment and freelancer’s work. We have very strict rules about users (project owner and freelancer) make a deal outside Freelanc3r environment by giving out their email and phone number while bidding for project. Any user who is found to violate these rules will be banned without further notice. This is to protect the good name and value of Freelanc3r.com.my.
