1) Design buildings using guidelines based on both \’Petronas Technical Standard\’ (P.T.S.)
and UBBL requirement.

2) Proposing apartment design options as replacement for the existing low-cost
apartment based on criteria set by developer in terms of construction cost constraint and
demand from the existing occupants.

3) Guiding client in terms of interior design and material selection through idea
and concept with several case study to make sure that their office will reflect the suitable
ambiance as a competitive business corporate in the international market network.

4) Managing issues on site through A.I and memo and deal with contractor\’s
V.O and E.O.T

5) Proposed design options based on modern food court concept which is more
vibrant and welcoming.

6) Liaise with authority and relevant agencies for submission approval

7) Cooperate with team consultants to make sure submission\’s approval is
going accordingly base on client\’s schedule.
