• Perform duties of Personal Assistant to GMD in day to day duties and ad-hoc projects and assignments.
• Provide assistance to MD in his personal affairs and day to day errands.
• Handle GMD’s appointments/schedules.
• Coordinate and organize all aspects of GMD’s calendars, agendas, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Chauffeuring GMD for his appointments/meetings.
• Attend off-site meetings/appointments with GMD and to take notes at meetings, or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Extensive travel with GMD and work extended hours.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, distribute communication on behalf of the GMD to include personal letters to employees, external businesses, or other as required.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence from partners, business connections etc. and act as a liaison to maintain these relationships.
